Nominet Terms and Conditions
By registering a domain name ending in .uk, you enter into a contract of registration with Nominet UK and vu4.co.uk

Our Key Terms
We provide our customers with .uk domain registration at £10/year.
Our customers .uk domains are set to renew automatically for 2 years. An expiry notice will be sent in the form of an invoice generated 30 days prior to expiry.
Transfering out customers .uk domains (release to another tag) is free, however Nominet will charge £12 (VAT incl.) for a registrant name change.
Our customers can cancel a domain name at anytime.

Complaints and appeal procedure
Advance a complaint at domain@vu4.co.uk
We will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your complaint within three days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure.
We will then investigate your complaint. This will normally involve passing your complaint to our customer support manager who will review account and speak to any members of staff who have had contact with you.
Our customer support manager will send you a detailed written reply to your complaint, including his/her suggestions for resolving the matter, within 21 days of sending you the acknowledgement letter.
At this stage, if you are still not satisfied, you should contact us again and we will arrange for one of the company directors to review the decision.
We will write to you within 14 days of receiving your request for a review, confirming our final position on your complaint and explaining our reasons.
If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, or indeed at any time, you may be able to complain to Nominet.
Abuse Policy
If we become aware of abuse, either through our own monitoring or third-party notification - we reserve the right to suspend services pending investigation and/or the resolution of any issues. Such abuse might include malware hosting, spam / unsolicited email, or other unspecified issues.
